FAQ

What's your standard shipping policy? Once we receive your online order, one of our Glads will pack it up and take it to the post office ASAP. Gladiola charges $9 for shipping on all orders (and sometimes we like to surprise our customers with free shipping), and you can typically expect to receive your package within 3-5 business days! You also have the option for free curbside pickup at both our Lynchburg and Lexington locations.

How do I use my Promo Code? You can apply promo codes to your purchase in your shopping bag, just before starting the checkout process. In your desktop browser, you'll redeem your promo code under your order total. On mobile, you'll redeem your promo code under the Checkout button.

How do I use my digital gift card? After purchasing or receiving an online digital gift card, you'll receive an email containing your 16 character gift card code, and you'll be able to redeem your gift card the same way you redeem a promo code. It's as easy as that!

How do I use my in-store gift card for online purchases? First things first, thanks for visiting us! Unfortunately, gift cards purchased at one of our brick and mortar locations cannot be used for online purchases at this time. However, if you select Phone Order at checkout, we'll be able to personally apply your in-store gift card to your online order!

I chose Phone Order at checkout. What do I do next? Sit tight, friend; we'll reach out to you! Be sure to leave your phone number and email when selecting phone order so we can reach out to you and personally complete your order.

What's your return policy? Because we're a small business, and we value our customer relationships above all else, we prefer to handle all returns and exchanges personally, case by case. If you'd like to return or exchange anything from your purchase, we ask for you to reach out to Lauren@gladiolagirls.com within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the return/exchange process, and one of our Glads will help you from there! All clearance items discounted 50% or more are considered FINAL SALE.
